1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order:

• Only before the order has been dispatched.

• Cancellation request must be submitted immediately after placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is approved (before dispatch):

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refund timeline: 5–7 working days from approval.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
