Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, our return and refund policy is structured as follows:

1. No Return Policy (Food Safety Compliance)

Since our products are edible food items:

• We do not accept returns once the package is opened.

• Products once delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement in the following cases:

• Damaged product received

• Incorrect product delivered

• Tampered packaging

• Expired product received

3. Reporting Timeline

To be eligible for replacement or refund:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos and an unboxing video (if possible) must be provided as proof.

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refund timeline: 5–7 working days after approval.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

• Minor variations in color or packaging

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
